How to return an item

1. Let us know by email at [email de contact], mentioning your order number (FC-…).

2. Send the item back within 14 days to the address we provide, carefully packed — for cards, use the original protection (toploader/sleeve) and a rigid envelope or tracked parcel.

3. You are refunded (item + standard initial shipping) at the latest 14 days after we receive the return, to your original payment method.

Conditions

Items must come back in their original condition. For cards, condition is checked on arrival: a card returned in a lower condition than described at sale may lead to a partial refund.

Sealed products (boosters, displays, new sleeves…) must remain unopened.

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend tracked shipping: items lost during return remain your responsibility.

Damaged or non-conforming item

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us within 48 hours with photos at [email de contact]: replacement or full refund, return costs included, at our expense.
