Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products and prices

Faircase sells protective accessories for collectibles (cases, toploaders, sleeves…) as well as trading cards, raw or graded. Essential characteristics (condition, language, grade, certification number) are listed on each product page.

Prices are in euros. [If VAT exemption applies: “VAT not applicable — Belgian small business exemption scheme (art. 56bis VAT Code).”] Shipping costs are shown before payment.

3. Ordering and payment

Payment is processed online by Stripe (card, Bancontact, Apple Pay). The order is confirmed once payment is received; a confirmation email with a tracking link is sent.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after ordering, the customer is fully refunded for that item.

4. Shipping

Shipping zones: Belgium, France and the European Union. Orders are dispatched within [X] business days after payment, with packaging suited to collectibles. Carrier delivery times are indicative.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Withdrawal must be notified by email before returning the goods (see Return policy).

Items must be returned in their original condition: cards in their original protection and in the same condition, sealed products unopened. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refund at the latest 14 days after the goods are received back.

6. Warranty and conformity

The 2-year legal conformity warranty applies. The condition of pre-owned cards is described on each page; photos are part of the description.

7. Disputes

Belgian law applies. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
